i don't have a tablet

I would be producing better drawing but i dont of a tablet, and my scaner is not great one is a home edition hp scanjet 2300c and when i scan pencil stectches is quiet hard to use the mouse to do digi inking a mouse could never have the capability of a tablet i never use a graphics tablet before but i see the use of it and i great and could be very covenient to me.
